Nominate your favorite educator to be a
"Boston Red Sox Most Valuable Teacher"

The Boston Red Sox have teamed with the Massachusetts Teachers Association to honor great teachers and staff. We need your help to find an outstanding teacher, education support professional, coach, or other educator/volunteer for recognition as a Boston Red Sox most valuable teacher.

Teachers selected, and the students who nominated them, will receive tickets to a Red Sox game and get to go out on the field at Fenway Park prior to the game. Each Saturday home game, the Red Sox will select a "most valuable teacher." The teacher and the student will receive a pair of tickets.

ELIGIBILITY
Massachusetts high school students (grades 9-12) can nominate their teacher by writing an essay of 400 words or less.

Entry forms must be post marked by July 31! Student nominations will be judged on creativity, originality, and merit of teachers' accomplishments as outlined in the nominations. Limit one entry per person. (Void where prohibited or restricted.) Nominations are subject to official rules. Student must be enrolled in grades 9-12 to enter or win. Twelve students will be selected throughout the season.
